About this aircraft

By chance, years after the EC-KSM was scrapped, we were able to find a part of this beautiful Boeing 747 in a container at a Spanish airport. Therefore we can offer EC-KSM a second edition.

We are proud, that we could upcycle this aircraft in cooperation with the former operator.

The Boeing 747 with MSN 27178 was delivered to Singapore Airlines (9V-SMW) in 1994. After 14 years of operation, it was transferred to Pullmantur Air, which was renamed in Wamos Air.

At the age of 26 this Jumbo reached its end under the Spanish sun.

 

Please be informed, that you order a piece of aviation history. This aircrafttag travelled for more than 2 decades around the world between +40°C and -60°C. This is why you may find dents and scratches on it. As well imperfections of paint may occur. But this is what we want to provide to you.

Scratches are the point

This aluminium spent decades between +40 °C on the ramp and −60 °C at altitude, through rain, hail, de-icing fluid and ultraviolet light. It has dents, scratches and paint wear. That wear is the evidence that it flew - a flawless piece would mean it never did.
