You can return an order within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must come back in the condition they arrived in, with the certificate.
Wear is not a defect
Scratches, dents and paint wear are inherent to the material and are not grounds for a complaint - they are the evidence the aluminium flew. Damage that occurred in transit is a different matter: tell us and we will sort it out.
